Where the Horizon Refuses to Speak -Before the Breath-

There are moments when the sea offers nothing.

No dramatic waves.
No glowing sunset.
No comforting answers.

Only a thin horizon dividing two endless silences.

At first glance, the photograph appears almost empty. Yet that emptiness became the subject itself. Standing before this quiet shoreline, I realized that the absence of events can reveal emotions we usually avoid—uncertainty, waiting, and the weight of time.

The sea was not asking to be admired. It was asking to be endured.

Sometimes the most profound landscapes are the ones that refuse to perform, leaving us alone with our own thoughts. Perhaps that is why we continue returning to the shore: not to find something, but to recognize what has always been quietly present within ourselves.
